We respect your right to control your personal information. Here's how to request deletion of your data from GClick.

What Data We Store

Depending on how you've used GClick, we may have the following information:

For Creators (Account Holders)

• Account information (email, name, password hash)
• Google account connection (email, YouTube channel info, OAuth tokens)
• Giveaways you've created
• Entry data for your giveaways

For Members (Giveaway Entrants)

• Google account information (email, name, profile picture)
• YouTube handle (if available)
• Entry records showing which giveaways you entered
• OAuth tokens (for subscription verification)

How to Delete Your Data

If You Have a Creator Account

1. Sign in to your GClick account
2. Go to Settings
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account, all giveaways you've created, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

If You're a Member (No Account)

If you've entered giveaways on GClick but don't have a creator account, you can request deletion of your member data by emailing us from the same email address you used to enter giveaways.

Please include:

• The email address associated with your entries
• A request to delete all your data

What Happens After Deletion

• Your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases
• Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being purged
• Anonymized, aggregated data (that cannot identify you) may be retained for analytics
• We may retain certain information if required by law

Revoking Google Access

In addition to deleting your data from GClick, you may want to revoke our access to your Google account:

1. Go to your Google Account Permissions
2. Find "GClick" in the list of connected apps
3. Click "Remove Access"
